Amid a dengue outbreak at the hospital, Akshat connects with a patient's son, seeing a glimpse of himself in the young boy.

Akshat fakes an emergency to bypass insurance delays, convincing a hesitant Sanjh to help after she's touched by the family's bond. The interns pitch in their stipends, but Dr. Sandip warns them against playing heroes, emphasizing professional boundaries. Later, Pulkit surprises Ruchi with a hospital date, while Rishi and Dr. Chetna grow closer.
The Toughest Call
Dr. Chetna regrets her moment with Rishi, frustrated by his ongoing flirting. Akshat and Sanjh must inform parents of a child's low survival chances, sparking a clash over honesty vs. hope. Dr. Ananda reprimands Sanjh and Akshat for lacking essential doctor skills. Meanwhile, Ruchi and Pulkit manage pediatrics, discovering young Agasthya faked his pain. At Dr. Sandip's party, his tense past with Chetna surfaces, as Sanjh and Akshat grow closer.
The Accidental Date
At the club, Sanjh and Akshat bond over drinks, with Akshat confessing he misses his mom and Sanjh surprising him with her charm. Meanwhile, Ruchi and Pulkit clash over an inappropriate patient, and Rishi and Chetna's romance faces tension. At the hospital, Mr. Chaddha opens up about his personal life, complicating their workday.
Moral Compass
Mr. Chaddha has gonorrhea and insists the doctors keep it secret from his wife, Komal, frustrating Sanjh. Dr. Sandip warns her about confidentiality. Komal gets aggressive with her husband, and Rishi steps in to comfort her, discovering her injury is from Mr. Chaddha. Sanjh confesses her feelings for Akshat, while Rishi reveals the truth to Komal.
Supply Room
Sanjh offers to help Akshat after his long shift, but when he invites her for coffee, she thinks he likes her. Ruchi tells her she’s being illogical. Akshat later agrees to provide a fake medical certificate for Anirban, motivated by Rishi. Sanjh learns about this, gets furious, and confronts him, risking their relationship.
Confusion & Chaos
A senior doctor catches Akshat in the supply room, but he and Sanjh manage to cover up the fake medical certificates. Grateful for her help, Akshat hugs Sanjh, strengthening their bond. Meanwhile, Chetna and Rishi's relationship remains physical, leaving Rishi disappointed. Dr. Sandip finds the fake certificates and threatens Akshat.
Struggle Ki Aaadat
Akshat is anxious as he faces Dr. Sandip, trying to avoid punishment for his fake medical certificates. To his relief, Sandip agrees not to punish him if Akshat praises him in front of Sanjh. However, Sanjh grows frustrated with Akshat's constant talk about Sandip. In a confrontation, she reveals she doesn't want to date Sandip but actually wants to go on a date with Akshat.
Chalaang
Akshat reveals to Sanjh that Dr. Sandip asked him for a favor, so she arranges a meeting with her mom. As Akshat thinks about asking Sanjh out, he seeks advice from Rishi and Pulkit. Dr. Sandip impresses Sanjh's mom in the meeting but faces criticism over hospital fees. Chetna’s therapist hints she may have feelings for Rishi, which she denies.
Meri Selection Ho Gai
Sanjh pauses, turns to Akshat, and finally says yes to his date proposal, leaving him thrilled. The next day, Mr. Bakshi arrives, and Rishi warns everyone to hide as he's a frequent visitor with no real issues. Sanjh reassures him and prescribes placebos. Meanwhile, Rishi flirts with Chetna and asks her out, while Dr. Sandip and Chetna discuss their past.
Triple Date
Mr. Bakshi starts having seizures, and Dr. Sandip rushes to help, questioning Sanjh about the placebo she prescribed. Panicking, Sanjh runs away and hides in the washroom, crying. Sandip consoles her, easing her anxiety and reassuring her that she'll be a great doctor. Meanwhile, Akshat's remarks upset Sanjh, and Ruchi and Pulkit's date turns serious.
Anxiety
Sanjh walks away, but Akshat follows her. Later, at the hostel, Rishi reveals he's seeing Dr. Chetna, but his friends don't believe him. Sanjh and Akshat meet over tea, and she opens up about her anxiety struggles. They're then assigned to the cancer ward, where they meet Shivansh, a boy who wants to celebrate Diwali. Akshat promises to help him burst crackers despite the risks.
Time Kam Hai, Worth It Bana
Akshat and Sanjh are fighting over his promise to a cancer patient, which Sanjh believes is dangerous. Despite their argument, the interns praise Akshat for bringing smoke-free crackers, impressing Sanjh, but she remains upset. Dr. Sandip punishes them with 16-hour shifts. Rishi discusses Sanjh's anxiety with Akshat, who mistakenly reveals he told Rishi, causing more tension between him and Sanjh.
The Sabotage
Dr. Ananda warns interns this is their last chance for an LOR and scholarship. Akshat and Sanjh become highly competitive. Rishi and Akshat prank Sanjh, tricking her into congratulating Dr. Ananda for a fake pregnancy. In revenge, Sanjh gives Akshat a sedative, making him miss his project deadline. Biji submits it for him but then collapses.
Life or Death
Biji ignored her symptoms, hoping she'd recover on her own. When her condition worsened, Akshat felt guilty. The interns worked tirelessly to find a heart donor, but hope faded when a match fell through. Biji's son, angry, slapped Akshat. Later, he apologized. Everyone gathered by Biji's side; she awoke briefly, shared one last story, then passed away peacefully.
Press Pause
Ananda gives a moving speech on Biji's passing, acknowledging her impact on everyone. Sanjh, emotional, admits she feels like a 'nepo kid' and Akshat comforts her. Later, she bonds with Dr. Sandip, who confides in her. When a critical patient's emergency contact is found to be Dr. Sandip, they find him unconscious. Pulkit and Ruchi perform a procedure, and Sandip later walks in.
The Breaking Point
Dr. Sandip admits to being on sedatives and alcohol, feeling trapped in a rat race, and resigns, seeking a break. Ananda accepts his decision, bidding him farewell. Pulkit sees Sanjh’s name on the LOR list, sparking Akshat’s anger. He accuses Sanjh of nepotism, leading to a heated exchange. However, Ananda names Akshat as the best intern, with a surprising twist yet to come!
