His first day doesn't go as planned as his senior officer belittles and bullies him, saying he got the job because of his slain father. In another part of the city, impoverished young guy Hamza fails to impress his love of life, but hacks the railway website and gets her a confirmed train ticket.

Sugam's Amma decides to go back to their village. Excited to start a fresh romantic life with Princy, Sugam tries to book tickets but finds none available in Tatkal. Hamza and Mama spread their software to local agents and get a percentage share. They later realize Bhoora is keeping the bigger chunk. When they confront him, he beats them up.

Sugam is given the duty of a runner by his senior as revenge for acting smart and flouting orders. But Sugam uses this opportunity to investigate into the Tatkal case. He befriends local tout Bauwa and, with the help of GRP, arrests 200 plus agents, making him a local star. Meanwhile, Hamza and Mama hack into Bhoora's operations, leading to his arrest.

Sugam gets appreciation from the DRM for the arrests. The DRM announces a new rule - only 4 tickets can be booked from an account in one day to curb illegal booking. Hamza figures the flaw - there is no curb on Tickets per IP address. With the help of local trans-women, he realizes a network can be formed and the business can grow pan India. Sugam, with the help of cyber cell and smart police work, tracks down Mama and stumbles upon the work done by trans-women to spread the ticketing software. Mama rats out information on Hamza. After a high-octane chase, Hamza is caught from Patna railway station.
